Psoriasis is a common skin disease which is characterized by increased epidermal proliferation and dermal inflammation affecting 0.1-3% of general population. Most of the psoriasis patients are young or middle aged adults, although no age exempted. The oxidative stress develops due to imbalance in oxidants and antioxidants, which was proposed to have role in psoriasis.
