Experimental levels of the configurations 3 d   n  4 p in the third spectra of the iron group were compared with corresponding calculated values. Besides the electrostatic and spin-orbit interactions the αL ( L + 1), βQ and T corrections were considered in the individual and general treatments. The insertion of the parameters β and T improved the results by about 25 percent. The root-mean-square (rms) error on fitting 581 experimental levels by means of 21 free interaction parameters was 138 cm -1 . Altogether 912 energy levels were predicted.
