Water utilities, large and small, all have the same goal: to efficiently and safely deliver water to utility customers while protecting the utility's revenue stream, minimizing expenses, maintaining customer satisfaction, and safeguarding the water supply. More utilities are turning to an advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) to achieve goals and realize the benefits of more timely, granular meter data.
