The regulatory development process in the Office of Groundwater and Drinking Water (OGWDW) of the US Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) continues to chug along. In addition, it will take some time to sort out how recent election results will affect the US Congress, federal agencies, and the budget. OGWDW has several upcoming regulatory actions that will significantly affect water systems during the next few years.
