Love wave dispersion equation in a continuously heterogeneous layered-flat-earth has been stable studied. Different types of plausible variation of Plastic parameters in each of the layers have been considered and the corresponding displacements have been obtained. Thomson Harkell Matrix method has been employed to derive the dispersion equation of SH surface waves in such a layered earth.
