Reasons of the water erosion creation in the Lankaran province and their complications have been investigated in this article. An influence of the water erosion on agrochemical and agrophysical indicators of the soil was learnt, it was known that the granulometric composition and even a quantity of humus and total nitrogen significantly deteriorated. Considering this, the proposals were put forward for protection and enhancement of the soil fertility exposed to water erosion.
