LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY OF OFFICIALS OF PUBLIC AUTHORITIES IN KAZAKHSTAN

Аннотация. Статья посвящена обсуждению проблем привлечения должностных лиц органов публичной власти к административной ответственности в свете обсуждения проекта Административного процедурно-процессуального кодекса РК. Автор приводит свои доводы по совершенствованию Кодекса РК об административных правонарушениях. Annotation. The article is devoted to the discussion of the problems of bringing officials of public authorities to administrative responsibility in the light of the discussion of the draft Administrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author gives his reasons for improving the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
