Ovarian torsion decreases ovarian reserve because of ischemic and reperfusion damage it causes. In this study, we investigated the protective effect of cilostazol (CIL) on experimental ischemia (I) and ischemic-reperfusion (I/R) damage in rat ovaries with in vitro fertilization (IVF) results.
