Today is the era of "wireless" in technology and here comes era of "sutureless" in the field of surgery. Every surgeon wishes for better wound healing with better cosmesis without complications and early back to routine activities. All this is possible by use of adhesive for wound edges of circumcision is shown by us in this study. In addition, other aim was to study the efficacy, safety, functional outcome, and cosmesis of isoamyl cyanoacrylate when used as adhesive for wound edges of pediatric circumcisions.
