Walker-Warburg syndrome is a rare autosomal recessive congenital muscular dystrophy presenting with hydrocephalus, type II lissencephaly, cerebellar malformation, and ocular anomalies. Here, we describe the use of perioperative total intravenous anesthesia in a pediatric patient with Walker-Walburg syndrome.
