Pregnancy-related acute kidney injury (PRAKI) has bimodal distribution. The rates of maternal mortality and perinatal mortality in patients with PRAKI have increased. The aim of this study was to evaluate magnitude of PRAKI in North Indian women and to assess morbidity, mortality, and outcomes in patients who received renal replacement therapy.
