Mutilated cases pose a challenge to orthodontists by limiting the treatment options. The following case report shows a 15-year-old male patient with Class II malocclusion who had missing central incisor and canine in the upper right quadrant, which were extracted around 4 years back. Overall an esthetic result was achieved saving the patient from the need for a prosthesis
