Intracranial meningiomas are the second most common tumor of the central nervous system. Grade I tumors are the most common variety of meningioma and have a benign course. Surgery is the mainstay of treatment. Radiotherapy (RT) decreases the local recurrence rates and progression in patients with subtotal excision (STE). The authors present our institute's experience in combined modality management of 18 successive patients of Grade I meningioma.
