Prostate cancer is the leading cancer diagnosis in males. The most common metastatic site of metastases in patients with prostate cancer is the axial skeleton and local lymph nodes. Rarely has there been a description of metastatic prostate cancer to the stomach, esophagus, small bowel, and rectum.
