To evaluate the long-term efficacy and durability of combined intradetrusor botulinum-A toxin (BTX-A), endoscopic treatment of vesicouerteral reflux and anal irrigation for stool incontinence (SI) via a total endoscopic and anal irrigation management (TEAM ® ) approach in patients with myelomeningocele and neuropathic bladder and bowel who did not respond to conservative measures.
