Postanesthesia shivering continues to be a major challenge in the perioperative care. We compared the efficacy of tramadol, clonidine, and dexmedetomidine in preventing postoperative shivering and its potential adverse effects in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia.
