To investigate the effect of pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (PDTC), a novel nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-kappaB) inhibitor, on expression of multiple inflammatory mediators and neutrophilic inflammation of cold preserved grafts after rat liver transplantation and its significance.
