The extensive intellectual renaissance witnessed by the arab_islamic state in the Abbasid period, particularly its capital, Baghdad, since the second half AH is the breadth of transport movement, translation, authorship, and creativity, that has increased the production of books that has made the public bookcases full of them as well as the special reservoirs, for example, bookcases attached to mosques, churches and monasteries or that which belongs to the statesmen and it's dignitaries or that which belongs to the scholars and writers. (Al_kindia) reservoir was one of them, belongs to philosopher of Al_Arab (Al_kindee), this treasury was filled with forms of humanitarian and scientific science and the state benefited a lot from it by the proper scientific recruitment in solving a lot of religious and secular problems and that was because (Al_kindia) treasury contained a great sciences.
