The scale of satisfaction with the work environment (ÉSET-24) is a shortened version of the French scale of satisfaction with the work environment (Moffat, Mogenet & Rioux, 2016). Participants were 580 employees in various professional sectors. Confirmatory factor analysis showed eight latent factors with a second-order general latent factor structure. The implications for human resource management are discussed
