Patient satisfaction in health care is very important to be noticed because it can describe the quality of service in the health care center. Knowing patient satisfaction is very useful for the relevant agencies in the context of evaluating the current program and can find which parts those need improvement, therefore it is necessary to identify what attributes are assessed to be corrected and improving the quality of service.. The respondests were KIS card holders who take treatment at the Plosoklaten Public Health Center, consists of 92 respondents obtained from calculations using the Slovin approach. The results of the distribution of questionnaires will be tested for reliability and validity, this test is carried out in order to determine the validity of the study questionnaire and whether the study is reliable or not. Furthermore, the results of the questionnaire will be processed using the IPA (Important Performance Matrix) method to determine what attributes are in low value of satisfaction to the customer. The results of the 92 questionnaire respondents obtaining the attribute that occupied in quadrant I in the Cartesian diagram produced by the IPA (Important Performance Matrix) method is the Tangibles dimension.Kesehatan pasien sangat penting dalam peningkatan evaluasi kepuasan pasien oleh karena itu perlu diidentifikasi atribut-atribut apa saja yang dinilai perlu dibenahi dan ditingkatkan lagi kualitas pelayanannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna serta atribut Servqual apa saja yang nilai kepuasannya rendah. Dimensi Servqual digunakan untuk mengetahui atribut-atribut yang nantinya diteliti dan ditanyakan kepada responden. Dimana responden yang diteliti ialah pemegang kartu KIS yang berobat di PUSKESMAS Plosoklaten sejumlah 92 orang, jumlah responden didapat dari perhitungan menggunakan pendekatan slovin. Hasil dari penyebaran kuisioner akan diuji realibitas dan validitas nya, uji ini dilakukan guna mengetahui valid atau tidaknya kuisioner penelitian dan reliabel atau tidaknya suatu penelitian. Selanjutnya hasil kuisioner tersebut akan diolah menggunakan metode IPA (Important Performance Matrix) digunakan untuk mengetahui atribut apa yang nilainya rendah terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PUSKESMAS Plosoklaten. Hasil penelitian dari jumlah kuisioner 92 responden, atribut yang menempati kuadran I pada diagram kartesius hasil pengolahan dengan metode IPA (Important Performance Matrix ) ialah dimensi Tangibles.
