Технологические инновации и цифровизация национальных экономик включает в себя новые вызовы для финансового сектора российской экономики как части глобальной финансовой системы. Целью работы является анализ новых технологий в сфере финансовых услуг в рамках обобщения опыта внедрения передовых финансовых технологий. Основными областями исследования представленного обзора являются публикации в ведущих рецензируемых издательствах в сфере финансов, менеджмента, бухгалтерского учета, социологии и информационных технологий. Разделы настоящего обзора выявили направления исследования, которые представлены анализом финансовых, экономических, технологических аспектов финансовых технологий, что включает в себя территориальное развитие, правовое регулирование и методологию изучения финансовых технологий. Научная новизна обусловливается исследованием отечественной и зарубежной научной литературы с позиции дискурс-анализа для выявления подходов и наиболее актуальных трендов изучения финансовых технологий. Полученные результаты являются дополнением к существующим разработкам в сфере финансовых технологий и служат для научного обоснования и информационного сопровождения принятия решений в сфере регулирования финансовых технологий. Technological innovations and digitalization of national economies include new challenges for the financial sector of the Russian economy as part of the global financial system. The purpose of the work is to analyze new technologies in the field of financial services in the framework of summarizing the experience of introducing advanced financial technologies. The main research areas of the presented review are publications in leading peer-reviewed publishing houses in the field of finance, management, accounting, and sociology and information technology. The sections of this review have identified areas of research, which are represented by an analysis of the financial, economic, technological aspects of financial technologies, which includes territorial development, legal regulation and methodology for studying financial technologies. Scientific novelty is determined by the study of domestic and foreign scientific literature from the standpoint of discourse analysis to identify approaches and the most relevant trends in the study of financial technologies. The obtained results are an addition to the existing developments in the field of financial technologies and serve for scientific substantiation and information support of decision-making in the field of regulation of financial technologies.
