Методики оценки финансовой грамотности населения должны представлять наиболее объективный способ измерения развития человеческого потенциала в финансовом отношении. Возникает необходимость в анализе существующих методик мониторинга уровня финансовой грамотности населения, чтобы разобраться, удовлетворяют ли они этому условию. Целью работы является анализ современных российских и зарубежных методик, указание их слабых сторон, а также демонстрация возможных путей улучшения текущей методологии путем ввода новых индикаторов. Результаты анализа показали недостаточное соответствие российских и зарубежных методик на современном этапе потребностям финансового мира. Научная новизна проведенных исследований заключается во введении коэффициентов инвестиционных налоговых вычетов по налогу на доходы физических лиц для повышения точности оценки финансовой грамотности россиян. Financial literacy assessment methods should represent the most objective way to measure human progress financially. There is a need to analyze the existing methods of monitoring the level of financial literacy in order to understand whether they satisfy this condition. The purpose of this work is to analyze modern Russian and foreign methods, to indicate their weaknesses, as well as to demonstrate possible ways to improve the current methodology by introducing new indicators. The results of the analysis showed insufficient compliance of Russian and foreign methods at the present stage with the needs of the financial world. In order to improve the accuracy of the assessment of financial literacy of Russians, it is proposed to introduce coefficients of investment tax deductions for personal income tax.
