The process of formation and evolution of the domain structure in triglycine sulfate (TGS) crystals after rapid cooling in the vicinity of the Curie point of the ТС has been considered. An analytical expression for the time dependence of the characteristic average size of the domain, which allows us to trace the process of enlargement of the domain structure at all stages of its relaxation to the state of thermodynamic equilibrium has been obtained. It was shown that the average size of a domain grows according to the square root law, which is in good agreement with known experimental data. It was established that the growth rate of the domain structure depends on the undercooling depth of the sample. The dependence of the characteristic average size of the domain on time obtained in this work allows us to determine the radius of the intermolecular interaction of the crystals under study.
