Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) is a longstanding and debilitating psychiatric disorder which is related to a level of distress in family members of patients who suffer from it. The Family Accommodation Scale (FAS) for OCD helps medical personnel have a clearer and deeper understanding of the pattern of family accommodation. This study aimed to translate FAS into Thai and examine its psychometric properties and factor analysis.
