Previous studies have shown that non-SMC condensin I complex subunit G ( NCAPG ) overexpression is correlated to poor prognosis of multiple cancer types. Herein, we explored the underlying mechanism of NCAPG -mediated cardia adenocarcinoma (CA) proliferation and cell cycle regulation.
