Selective laser trabeculoplasty is a safe and effective procedure for reducing IOP, but its mechanism of action is not fully elucidated. We evaluated the morphologic and cellular changes as well as DNA synthesis after SLT treatment of human trabecular meshwork (TM) tissue explants.
