Inhaled corticosteroids (ICSs) are a cornerstone medicine for preventive therapy of persistent severe asthma. Although ICs are very effective for the treatment of severe persistent asthma, the majority of the prescribers worldwide aren't aware of ICs use for the treatment of severe persistent asthma.
