Retained products of conception and placenta accreta spectrum are causes of postpartum hemorrhage. Placenta accreta spectrum is frequently managed with cesarean hysterectomy, but conservative approaches are emerging. We present a case of delayed postpartum hemorrhage secondary to a retained placenta increta.
