Not all patients with heart failure derive consistent benefit from prophylactic implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD). We aimed to evaluate the role of MADIT-ICD benefit score in risk-stratifying in Asian patients with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) ≤35%.
