To evaluate the feasibility, clinical efficacy and imaging results of preoperative traction (PT) followed by percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) combined with percutaneous cement discoplasty (PCD) for treating severe thoracolumbar osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCFs).
