We aim to investigate the incidence, clinical course, and risk factors for developing postoperative hyphema after 23-gauge pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) for patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) without neovascularization of the iris or angles and neovascular glaucoma (NVG).
