Musculoskeletal infection (MSKI) is a common reason to seek medical care in the emergency department (ED). We aimed to determine the clinical characteristics and etiology of patients with MSKI in our ED, the characteristics of MSKI with sepsis, and the predictors of death in sepsis patients.
