Uterine artery occlusion (UAO) is a minimally invasive approach often used to treat symptomatic uterine myomas. This study aimed to compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic UAO (LUAO) in combination with laparoscopic myomectomy (LM) with LM alone to treat symptomatic multiple uterine myomas.
