Helicobacter pylori infection is a public health problem associated with chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, and gastric cancer. It is endemic in developing countries like Ethiopia. This study was aimed to assess seroprevalence of H. pylori infection and associated factors among adults' dyspeptic patients in public health facilities of Mizan Aman Town, Southwest Ethiopia.
