This study aimed to understand the distribution characteristics of carbapenemase genes and assess the antimicrobial activities of aztreonam/avibactam (ATM/AVI) and ceftazidime/avibactam (CAZ/AVI) against carbapenem-resistant Enterobacterales (CRE) isolates in Chongqing, Southwest China.
