The aim was to evaluate 25(OH)D serum concentrations in metabolically healthy obesity (MHO) and metabolically unhealthy obesity (MUHO) and its relation with biochemical and clinical parameters in both groups according to homeostatic model assessment-insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) definition of the obesity phenotypes.
