Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a physical and mental disease, and there is currently no cure, so the health guidance of COPD patients after discharge from hospital is crucial. The purpose of this study is to investigate the nursing outcomes and risk factors for patients with COPD discharged from hospital.
