Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common digestive system tumors and seriously threatens the lives of patients. The choice of treatment options and the prognosis of CRC patients are closely related to the KRAS genotype. Notably, microRNAs (miRNAs) have great application value in the diagnosis and treatment of CRC.
