The purpose of this study was to evaluate the anti-tumor activity and safety of anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) monoclonal antibody combined with gemcitabine plus platinum (GP) as a first-line treatment for recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma (RM-NPC).
