Molecular characteristics using gene-expression profiling can undoubtedly improve the prediction of treatment responses, and ultimately, the clinical outcome of cancer patients. We aimed at developing a genetic signature to improve the prediction of chemosensitivity and prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer (CRC).
