Vitiligo is an acquired hypopigmentation condition in which well-defined macules can develop virtually everywhere on the patients' skin. This analytic case-control study was conducted in Faghihi Hospital outpatient dermatology clinic, affiliated to Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, southern Iran from June to September 2019. Furthermore, we studied the relationship of hypertension with activity, age of onset, duration, affected body surface area and type of vitiligo.
