The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the administrative leadership styles represented by the autocratic style, the democratic pattern and the patriarchal pattern, by the organizational commitment to remove the emotional commitment, the normative commitment and the continuous commitment as independent variables and their impact on organizational development as a responsive variable. The hypotheses of the research were presented as a possible answer to the questions posed in the research problem and included questions about the levels of each of the variables investigated as well as questions about the relationship between them and the interaction between them. The research is based on an analytical descriptive approach. A number of hypotheses were identified as the probative responses to the research problem, which were tested using various statistical tools. A questionnaire was distributed to teach the faculty of the University of Salahddin / Erbil, (142) members of the faculty as a sample for research. The research concluded that organizational development is increasing by increasing levels of adoption of managerial leadership styles and organizational commitment by working individuals. The research recommended maintaining high levels of leadership styles and enhancing commitment by enriching the available jobs and the need to enhance the levels of organizational development by unifying the directives and instructions of faculties of research at Salahddin University and strive to apply it equally to all workers and to prevent exceptions.
