CARACTERÍSTICAS PSICOSOCIALES DE LIDERAZGO EMPRESARIAL

RESUMEN Objetivo: Describir las características psicosociales de liderazgo de los empresarios de éxito, de las organizaciones de la Región de Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua. Material y método: Mediante entrevistas basadas en la historia de vida empresarial, de veintiún empresarios de la región de Cuauhtémoc, se determinaron las características psicosociales de éxito empresarial. Resultados: Se encontró que son veintidós las características psicológicas, que se presentan con mayor frecuencia entre los entrevistados y doce las características sociales. Conclusiones: Se concluye que los empresarios de la región de Cuauhtémoc, cuentan con características psicológicas y sociales que les han permitido alcanzar el éxito empresarial. ABSTRACT Objective: Describe the psychosocial features of leadership in successful entrepreneurs of corporations from the region of Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua. Material and method: By means of interviews based on the history of the entrepreneurial life of 21 entrepreneurs of the Region of Cuauhtémoc, the psychosocial characteristics of successful managerial leadership were determined. Results: It was found that there are 22 psychological characteristics and 12 social characteristics that appear more frequently among the interviewees. Conclusions: It can be concluded that the entrepreneurs of the region of Cuauhtémoc have psychosocial and social features that have lead them to reach the success in business.
