Osseous hydatidosis is a rare orthopedic condition. Osseous hydatidosis leading to chronic osteomyelitis is rarer with very few articles published on it. This presents a challenge in diagnosis and treatment. Here, we report a patient with chronic osteomyelitis secondary to Echinococcal infection.
