Monopolization and expansion of civil law has no clear
designation in science. But the problem of expanding of spatial boundaries
of private law does exist. Introduction of division of legal entities
and corporations unitary organization will have a serious impact on the
expansion of private law in the area of labor law. The author denotes
the problem of expanding forms of participation of the state in the sphere
of private law.
