Kawasaki disease (KD) is an acute vasculitis of unknown etiology that predominantly affects infants and young children. It manifests with fever, rash, enanthem, conjunctival injection, extremity changes, cervical adenopathy, and laboratory test results reflecting intense systemic inflammation.[1][1
