O presente trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar o atual entendimento jurisprudencial acerca do exercício do direito de greve pelos servidores públicos civis, previsto no artigo 37, VII, da Constituição Federal de 1988, sobretudo no que concerne aos efeitos funcionais e financeiros em decorrência de eventuais paralisações no âmbito do serviço público.
