"Radiation retinopathy is a slowly progressive, delayed‐onset occlusive microangiopathy of the retinal vasculature that occurs with variable latency after exposure of the retina to ionizing radiation. Within the retina, the posterior pole is particularly sensitive to this pathology. Radiation maculopathy has grave implications for visual prognosis. In this presentation, the wide spectrum of radiation retinopathic manifestations is described with ophthalmoscopic signs and multimodal imaging. The management of radiation retinopathy/maculopathy is discussed."
