Summary  We report a 5‐year‐old girl with localized basaloid follicular hamartoma. The lesion consisted of a linear, hypopigmented, atrophic patch on the right lateral side of nose. Of great interest is that the linear distribution of lesion may follow the Blaschko's line of the face.
