Summary We report a patient with arsenic‐induced keratoses and Bowen's disease. Chronic arsenicism may lead to both cutaneous and systemic neoplasms and patients should undergo regular long‐term examination. Our patient had widespread cutaneous disease, which responded well to acitretin.
